Terms of Service

Welcome to Vanguard Studio. All bespoke web engineering services are subject to the following contractual terms:

Milestone Payments: Commercial flagships operate on a 50% upfront deposit and 50% final payment upon verified launch.

Delivery SLA: Guaranteed 10–14 day delivery applies following receipt of initial project assets and content kickoff.

IP Assignment: 100% intellectual property ownership is assigned to the client upon full payment completion.
